3. Develop a social life

People having a high sense of self-worth are generally more outgoing. But there is a catch. If you shy away from interacting with people, you will tend to feel more negative about yourself and therefore avoid getting yourself in social situations.

You have to stop this negative circle by beginning to involve other people in your life. If you find it difficult, start to think of it as a give and take policy. Get involved with a voluntary organization or club and help others. This not only diverts you from your worries but also creates feelings of self-worth.

4. Work out

Make exercise a part of your daily life. Exercising, especially outdoors, is a good way to create ‘feel-good’ attitude.
